WE LOVE OUR WORK.:
- Supervises facility and ensures quality repair and maintenance of structure to include cleaning, carpeting, painting, restoring furniture, carpentry, and grounds maintenance.
- Responsible for the overall integrity of daily operations; ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal controls, and policies and procedures (OSHA).
- Responds to all emergencies per established procedures; provides expertise and directs team members and resources in the event of a chemical or hazardous waste spill.
- Establishes and adheres to preventive maintenance schedules for facility.

May be involved in new construction, installation, or modification of existing structures or equipment.
- Accountability for all team members for day to day and long term operations to include hiring, training, and developing employees which includes coaching, mentoring, and appropriate performance management up to and including separation.

Responsible for coordinating work flow during shift to meet business demands and ensure customer satisfaction.

Meets with vendors and contractors to negotiate and purchase materials, ensures proper inventory of supplies and parts, and maintains equipment room.
- Administers, assigns, and updates internal customers on work requests and projects.
- Presents oneself as a Credit to the company and encourages others to do the same.
- Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.

- Two years of progressively more challenging roles in field or related area.
- Proven problem-solving skills required as demonstrated by the ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions when required.
- Good oral and written communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.
- Strong administrative and computer skills
- Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent customer and employee relations skills.
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
