We are looking for experienced, local agents to join our team and we are willing to train the right agents even if they are lacking on-the-job real estate experience.
Who are we looking for?
The Buyer Agent is an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. They enjoy building relationships and have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. In addition, he/she demonstrates on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving buyer agent who is committed to putting clients first, to doing the right thing, and to seeking win-win agreements. The Buyer Agent prospects for leads daily, closes those leads to appointments, closes for agreements, and then conducts a high-level fiduciary needs analysis. At that point, he/she will select homes that meet the criteria and set showing appointments. They will refine the criteria and close for contract offers. The Buyer Agent will negotiate the offer, write the contract, and oversee the deal through its close.
The Buyer Agent demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching courses when appropriate, and regularly practicing dialogues relevant to the current market.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Show Properties to Active Buyers
- Oversee all aspects of buyers’ transactions from initial contact to contract to close
- Negotiate for buyers
- Provide 5-star Customer Experience to all Clients
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Provide guidance and assist clients in making informed decisions about real estate transactions
- Create and maintain a database of potential clients for future business opportunities
- Coordinate appointments, showings, and open houses for properties
- Prepare and present offers to clients and negotiate contracts on their behalf
- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and changes in regulations
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and appraisers
Qualifications:
- Valid real estate license in the state of Florida (REQUIRED)
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
