The organization owns and operates 8 centers providing multi-specialty medical services throughout Miami – Dade County. The Social Media manager/Content Creator will be responsible for creating engaging content across various platforms to attract and retain our target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to create content strategies aligned with business goals and target audience preferences.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality written, visual, and mulitmedia content including articles, blog posts, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more. Edit and proofread content before publication.
- Research: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to ensure content relevance and competitiveness.
- Content Calendar: Manage and maintain an editorial calendar to organize and schedule content publication across different channels.
- SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic visibility.
- Content Distribution: Utilize various distribution channels including social media, email newsletters, and website to maximize content reach and engagement.
- Engagement Monitoring: Monitor content performance metrics such as views, engagement, and conversions, and analyze date to refine strategies and improve results.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content produced adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketers, and other team members to brainstorm ideas, provide content support, and contribute to cross-functional projects.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on content marketing trends, tools, and techniques, and proactively suggest innovative ideas to enhance content effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism,
- Proven work experience as a Content Writer or similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and optimization techniques.
- Experience with social media management and advertising
- Familiarity with web technologies and content management systems
- Ability to conduct social listening and adapt content strategy accordingly
- Basic video editing skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or social medica insights is a plus.
