Duties:
- Manage our team of contractors and third-party vendors to peak performance, ensuring every renovation is a masterpiece.
- Lead our marketing efforts and network with wholesalers, real estate agents, and investors, developing connections that strengthen our core.
- Master the art of property valuation and underwriting, turning data into a lean, mean, profit-making machine.
- Lead or coordinate property walkthroughs and inspections, ensuring every property exploration is a journey to success.
- Craft packages with disposition options, shaping strategies that pump up our sales figures.
- Keep an eye on key performance indicators outlined in the SOPs, stretching to reach solutions for any hurdles.
- Adjust the SOPs as needed, as your expertise will help guide our success.

Skills:
- We're seeking a person with strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills, able to easily maneuver every encounter from email to phone to face-to-face meetings.
- Organizational wizards preferred, able to keep our operations running like clockwork.

**Please note that this role rewards through a commission-based structure.**
Job Type: Full-time Schedule within 90 days, can be part time initially as we need help getting this business up and running.
- Monday to Friday, with the weekdays as our main focus.
- Weekends, if the opportunities are too good to pass up.
