Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, and prioritize incoming communications and other materials as needed.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting logistics, and minute-taking when required.
- Assist in organizing office events, conferences, or stakeholder meetings, handling logistics, and coordination.
- Collaborate with process owners, stakeholders, and multiple departments to communicate internal audit expectations, assist in policy development, validate management actions in response to findings, and support various projects, research tasks, and special assignments assigned by the Senior Manager of IA and/or Director of Enterprise Risk, while also aiding in financial administration tasks including invoicing, expense tracking, budget management, and coordinating with the accounting department for administrative financial duties.
- Assist in financial administration tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management.
- Oversee office technology needs, troubleshoot minor IT issues, and coordinate with IT support when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office manager or similar role, preferably within an accounting or professional services firm or government entity.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management, and document preparation software.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $63,041.43 - $75,920.86 per year
