Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 annually + incentive bonus

The success of these bushings led to a complete transformation of these products utilizing advanced thermoplastic technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Key contributor and a pivotal player in the annual budget and quarterly forecasting cycles.
- Develop robust financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives for the management team.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a crucial resource during the budget and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate closely across various departments to enhance visibility and accountability.
- Assist in monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis of performance against corporate plans and prior periods, with the capability to succinctly communicate results vertically and across departments.
- Provide analytical support to department managers on a routine basis.
- Identify and leverage new opportunities within ERP data to improve decision-making and forecasting assumptions.
- Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis, along with other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, coupled with strong analytical skills and 3-5+ years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to become a subject matter expert and a key finance resource for business owners.
- Advanced foundation in Finance and Accounting with a comprehensive understanding of P&L.
- Proficient in data mining and analysis, with the ability to present findings in coherent and comprehensive models.
- Experience with PowerBI, SQL, ERPs, and/or Tableau is preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- Detail-oriented, capable of thriving under pressure in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to multiple changing priorities, and able to meet deadlines within specified timeframes.
