Responsibilities
- Serve as the Human Resources & Talent Management Lead/Subject Matter Expert for a Strategic Account
- Perform all Current and Future State Analysis Discovery Sessions in collaboration with the project team
- Lead client Functional Leads and Subject Matter Experts through business process redesign
- Modify System Design based on client decisions and documenting the modifications
- Conduct all Analysis (Conversions, ReadyForms, Reporting, and Interfaces)
- Assist with Configuration build, including ReadyForms, Standard Imports/Exports, Security & Workflow, and Auxiliary Tables
- Assist with System Validation, including Conversions, Forms, Reporting and Interfaces
- Develop Process Manuals and End User Guides
- Provide detailed input during the creation of the Go Live Plan
- Provide high-level product expertise and creative solutions to meet client functional requirements
- Conduct training per the Education Management Plan
- Test functionality with the client
- Perform problem-solving
- Follow-up on issues
- Perform assessments of client's Post Cutover activities and identify areas of potential improvement
- Complete weekly site reports detailing activities for each implementation day
- Keep the project manager apprised of any and all issues that may result in the need for additional training needs, slip in schedule, change in process decisions, or adversely impacting the success of the project
Qualifications
- Functional expertise in Munis Human Resources & Talent Management
- Business process knowledge and process design experience
- Provide confident recommendations regarding configuration decisions and business process best practices using Munis based on experience and expertise implementing Munis or similar systems with other organizations
- Strong ability to assess and adapt to shifting priorities within an organization in support of an overall successful implementation
- Strong ability to solve problems using creative and proven techniques to enhance the opportunity for an effective implementation
- Strong ability to work with all levels of personnel and resources within Tyler and the client organization towards an effective implementation
- Works well in a team environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Teams

Pay: $50,834.00 - $131,948.00 per year
