Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Interviewer to join our team at PostingsPlus. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct interviews with job candidates over the phone and via video calls. Additionally, the Interviewer will assist in resume screening and sourcing as needed. This is a remote work-from-home position with flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct phone and video interviews with job candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and suitability for available positions.
- Follow interview scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and fairness in the interview process.
- Build rapport with candidates and create a comfortable atmosphere to encourage open communication.
- Ask insightful questions to gather relevant information about candidates' experience, capabilities, and career goals.
- Evaluate candidates' responses and provide feedback to hiring managers to support hiring decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of interviews, candidate feedback, and other relevant information in our applicant tracking system.
- Assist in resume screening and sourcing activities to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Stay updated on best practices in interviewing techniques and recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for roles.
- Proficiency in using video conferencing tools and other technology platforms for remote interviews.
- High level of professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
