Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of a high volume restaurant and bar.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and maintain standardized recipes, ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock rotation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop menus, create specials, and optimize kitchen efficiency.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, promoting continuous improvement and professional development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
