Purpose of position: Assisting Western Sizzlin coworkers and management to consistently provide flavorful, fresh and properly prepared food to our guests.
I. List of Major duties and responsibilities involved:

Stocking and accurately maintaining Meat Room supplies.

Cleaning and maintaining work areas and equipment.

Assist management and coworkers in a courteous manner.
-
Full knowledge of steak cuts being sold by Quincy’s and Western Sizzlin.

Maintain meat cutting specs and knowledge of food cost savings.
-
Accurately filling out Yield and Meat Cutter Reports.
-
Complete side work duty roster.
-
Delivering meat to Western Sizzlin Steak House.
II. The following skills & aptitudes are necessary for this position
1. Must be able to read and follow directions & recipes.
2. Must have math skills to complete par worksheets.
3. Must be able to maintain & use a sharp knife.
