We are seeking motivated and dependable Open Enrollment Associates to assist with our upcoming Open Enrollment period. This is a temporary, full-time in-office position for up to 6 months with the potential to become permanent based on performance, attendance, and the availability of openings.
Start Date: August 5th, 2024.
Responsibilities:
- This is a non-communication role - no customer interaction required
- Enter enrollment data into database from electronic files working between several databases for member eligibility modifications and updates
- Primarily working on new enrollments, reinstatement, plan changes, however other tasks such as disenrollment and late enrollment penalties and other tasks on the TRR are performed daily
- Verify data entry for accuracy
- Follow detailed process instructions precisely as stated on the SOP’s
- Performing eligibility data entry services for Marketplace members and Medicare Advantage Members
Requirements:
- Excellent data-entry skills and proven ability to navigate multiple computer screens
- Ability to maintain high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and open to challenges
- Team Player with ability to adapt
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of database and relevant software programs
- Ability to focus and be interactive during detail training
- Ability to meet production-based requirements, quality, and deadlines
- High School diploma or GED required
Schedule:
- Temporary, full time in-office position for up to 6 months with the potential to become permanent based on performance, attendance, and the availability of openings
- Must be available during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm Eastern Time)
Pay Rate: $16-19 per hour, DOE.
