Resilience Behavioral Health is a true dual diagnosis facility that provides comprehensive behavioral health and addiction treatment to individuals and families across Massachusetts.

At Resilience Behavioral Health, we help those struggling with substance use and mental health issues. We understand that providing our customers with an array of evidence-based approaches and comprehensive therapies can enable us to offer a true dual diagnosis approach.
RESPONIBILITIES:
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to assist clients in overcoming mental health challenges
- Provide clinical counseling services to individuals with various diagnoses, including PTSD, developmental disabilities, and gender issues
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate positive change and growth
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field Preferred
- Valid licensure or certification as a therapist (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW) Preferred
- Experience in providing individual and group counseling services
- Proficient in conducting group therapy sessions and facilitating therapeutic discussions
- Knowledge of PTSD care and trauma-informed approaches
- Familiarity with medical records management and ICD-9 coding
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities and address their unique needs
- Sensitivity and understanding of gender issues in counseling
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
