Required Skills
- Provide a high quality customer experience and exceed expectations of incoming customers by being knowledgeable about products and answering all questions and inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
- Assist customers with any questions, comments or concerns they might have in regards to DME supplies carried in-store or by our vendors.
- Perform deliveries of electric scooters, hospital beds and lift chairs if needed.
- Day-to-day operations such as; cleaning, restocking and organizing.
Physical Requirements Can lift objects exceeding 30 pounds on occasion.
- Ability to reach overhead and ability to go up and down from ladders.
- Requires prolonged standing or sitting, some bending and stooping.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard.
Education and Experience HS diploma or equivalent preferred DME/ HME knowledgeHours of Operation M-F 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM * Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Sunday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
