Title: Receptionist
Reports To: Human Resource Generalist
Status: Part-Time/Hourly (25-30 hours/week; additional hours as needed to support organization and individual goals).
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 1:30pm MST

- Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish)
- Computer Skills
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Motor coordination, manual and finger dexterity
- Advanced organizational skills
- Advanced computer skills

- Associate's Degree, in related field
Job Summary
To greet visitors, answer and direct incoming phone calls, assist HR department.
Essential Job Functions
- Answer phones and direct incoming calls.
- Greet visitors courteously, and respond to their needs.
- Sort and distribute all incoming mail.
- Receive all daily outgoing mail and add postage.
- Complete all necessary paperwork.
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times.
- Other duties as assigned: filing, employee badges, copy/fax when needed.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Screen/Interview applicants.
