We are looking for a technically-minded production designer/marketing coordinator who is focused and enthusiastic about their work. The right candidate will be collaborative, adaptive, and eager to start contributing to the team.
The production designer/marketing coordinator will be responsible for following brand guidelines to create various promotional materials including display ads, social media posts, email campaigns, and occasional print pieces. The production designer/marketing coordinator will also assist the team with scheduling assets and maintaining the content calendar for timely delivery. They will be an integral part of a small marketing team, with direction from the Art Director and Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities
- Create digital and print materials for 3 distinct brands. Assets include (but not limited to) event materials and promotion, monthly product sales, social media content, emails, and ads.
- Source and edit images for social, blogs, websites, ads, and print materials
- Content posting and scheduling for social, blogs, emails, events, and product sales/promotions
- Execute updates on documents, assets, and websites including simple content/text updates, image updates, etc.
- Collaborate with internal team to effectively execute work.
- Maintain timely delivery of assets, materials, press releases, and any content updates.
- Remain informed about current trends in graphic design and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital media, marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience exporting files for print
- Web/digital design experience
- WordPress experience is a plus
- Analytical thinking
- Good communication skills
- Copywriting experience
- Digital marketing experience
