Job Title:Service Advisor/Writer
Summary/Objective:
We are currently seeking a Service Advisor to support our Service Department. The candidate must be a highly-involved self-starter, ready to take on the challenge of this hands-on position, demonstrating collaborative leadership.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Serving as a liaison between technicians and customers.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional tasks that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
- Write a clear accurate service repair order based on customer needs.
- Provide additional services and needs in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
- Distribute work between technicians.
- Prioritize required services.
- Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.
- Spend quality time building relationships with the customers.
- Follow manufacture's guidelines regarding warranty and policies.
- Must be able to work in a Team Setting.
- Basic automotive knowledge with continued motivation to train.
- Organized and friendly personality.
Requirements:
- Some automotive & computer knowledge
- Strong Communication Skills
