A Fortune 50 financial services company is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join their growing team in a Remote capacity. In this role, the Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for performing full cycle recruiting utilizing various recruitment methods for mid-level positions in traditional business functions.
Responsibilities:
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will:

Intermittently sources passive talent to meet hiring needs

Guide the Hiring Managers through the recruitment process to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and industry laws, regulations, and guidelines

Regularly provide solutions to recruiting related challenges and appropriately escalate to a Senior Peer or Team Lead

Keep candidates continually informed with predictable communication throughout the hiring process

Participate in recruitment events and communities to support candidate generation

Present and negotiate competitive total compensation package

Partner with the Hiring Leaders and HR stakeholders to identify gaps in hiring processes and recommend and implement recruitment solutions

Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:

2+ years of intermediate experience in Staffing and/or full cycle Recruitment
- Knowledge of applicable Employment laws.

Intermediate knowledge of effective Screening and Interview techniques.

Intermediate knowledge and use of Sourcing tools, techniques, and technologies.

Computer savvy

Desired Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience
