CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - Jobs4Blue Division
Hiring Full-Time In-Office Afternoon Position: (all weekday shifts include 1-hour lunch break):
Available Shift:
Mon-Fri 2PM-11PM
Weekend Availability Required. You will be required to work rotational weekend shifts.
We are in need of customer service representatives for our call center that operates 24/7/365. Basic responsibilities include answering phones, managing account inquiries, and data entry of requests for service.
Our ideal candidate is a career minded individual - who possesses the ability to multi-task, possesses strong problem solving skills, and is looking for the potential to grow within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone calls / online bookings for service requests from vendors and contractors looking to hire off-duty police officers
- Respond to police officers and command staff to help with any job related questions, schedule adjustments, etc.
- Input all service orders into database by collecting work order details
- Coordinate open service requests with outside municipalities
- Follow all departmental rules and procedures
- Performs other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent oral, listening and communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Basic computer knowledge: Experience working with Microsoft Office, scheduling systems, typing, etc.
