Position Summary
The Youth Care Worker provides supervision and direction to adolescents/young adults in a residential program. The Youth Care Worker provides support and supervision afternoons, evenings and weekends. It is the responsibility of the Youth Care Worker to maintain an atmosphere of safety, support and guidance to ensure the basic needs of each youth are met. Such needs include food, shelter, clothing, life skills, recreation, education, and socialization. Other responsibilities include: implementing tasks outlined in resident's treatment plan or program requirements; team communication; meeting documentation required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem
Pay: $19.12 - $23.03 per hour

- Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
