The Project Manager will collaborate with the Oversite Management Team on monitoring aspects of the Home Adaptations Program. This position will work with various stakeholders throughout the project's lifecycle, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, high-quality, and program-compliant deliverables.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Assists with managing external Subcontractors by organizing meetings, disseminating program changes and updates, ensuring that all Subcontractors are informed and aligned with the latest requirements and guidelines, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
· Manages project timelines by monitoring progress and ensuring timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
· Responsible for Project Quality Assurance: collaborating with internal Quality Control Inspectors and Subcontractors on identifying and addressing defects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and continuously improving the overall quality of output.
· Assists in the development and expansion of the program as it evolves.
· Identifies program deficiencies and collaborates with leadership to develop effective solutions.
· Attends program related meetings as needed and serves as a lead liaison on workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, and other topics related to the Subcontractor.
· Assists with the implementation of project management tools and processes, including identifying appropriate mechanisms, training team members on their use, and ensuring seamless integration into existing workflows.
· Manages digital documentation by organizing, storing, retrieving, and securing electronic documentation.
· Responsible for data analysis, which includes tracking data, entering information into relevant systems, and conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy.
· Other tasks and responsibilities may be assigned based on the needs of the organization and the specific requirements of the position as it evolves.

Qualifications and Experience
· BS Degree (Business, Accounting, Construction Management or related discipline preferred)
· Minimum of 5+ Years experience in Project Coordination/Management
- Proficiency in industry related technologies and project management software (Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis in Excel, Adobe Acrobat, etc.)
- Must be able to pass the following clearance checks: PA Criminal Background, PA Child Abuse, FBI Fingerprint
