Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee the entire process of our real estate fix and flip projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role involves coordinating inspections, creating scopes of work, managing contractor bids, ordering materials, tracking expenses, collaborating with designers, and maintaining a network of reliable contractors
Responsibilities
- Schedule Inspection with Licensed Inspector
- Create a Scope of Work for Each Project
- Get Bids from Contractors for Scope Line Items
- Order Materials for Contractors from Home Depot
- Manage Spreadsheet to Track Spending and Accounting
- Work with Designer to Help Design the Flip
- Constantly Network to Get New Contractors

Important Information
- This is an independent contractor (1099) role. Paid on per project bases.
