We are seeking a Bilingual Sales Manager who can speak both English and Korean fluently to join our sales team. This individual, with his/her team, will manage existing franchise/wholesale/retail accounts & also develop new accounts to maximize sales of our products.
The successful candidate will have broad experience & knowledge in sales, as the position requires managing different types of customers and channels. The team will be responsible for CheongKwanJang Franchise stores, Asian Grocery stores, Korean/Chinese Traditional Herbal Stores & Pharmacies, Home shopping, etc. This person will be expected to analyze existing data to strategize, and then lead their team to reach the team goals. He/She is also expected to become proficient in the knowledge of Korean Red Ginseng products and be able to convey that knowledge to our trade partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain active relationships with potential customers
- Maximize sales in new & existing accounts
- Develop, evaluate and execute market strategies in coordination with Sales Director and Marketing Team.
- Monitor market conditions, and competitor's products, price and sales activities
- Prepare sales presentations and negotiate contract pricing, terms, deliveries and sales support
- Analyze various sales data to find insights, and implement into sales strategy
- Coordinate promotional activities in coordination with Marketing Team
- Work with franchisees to identify their specific needs. Support the franchisees goals and priorities.
- Expand franchise locations and help each franchise develop, follow and monitor an annual Business Plan including: Sales, Marketing, Financial goals, and Action Plans.
- Edit and maintain company franchise manuals as required.
- Work with accounting, logistic to make sure sales transactions, budget use & inventory are balanced
- Monthly sales review, yearly planning and review
- Create/Review the invoice and cost items from the third-party warehouse and logistics companies and Prepare bills and invoices.
- Managing/Monitoring Sales expense & Inventory
- Tracking and fixing shipping error
- POS/ ERP (SAP) system management
- Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
- Support Sales data entry into internal software
- Providing data for Sales performance (Products, Market Analysis)
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Characteristics :
- Minimum 2 years of sales or account management
- Experience with and/or franchise, wholesale, chain retailers preferred
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, multi-task and prioritize efficiently
- Enthusiastic, detail oriented & self motivated
- Consumer focused mind-set with good communication skills
- Experience of managing team as middle management
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Fluent in both English and Korean. Good verbal and written skills in both languages.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint)
- Bachelor Degree or similar work experience required
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
