Summary:

As a Logistics Accounting Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to develop a successful and energetic career and be given the tools and training to “Make it Happen”, you will be responsible for processing invoices and verifying documents for logistics shipments, verifying paperwork is accurate and legible, ensuring all docs have been uploaded correctly in the TMS system, as well as other general office, carrier, and administrative activities. Essential Functions:
- Reviewing and verifying shipment documents daily.
- Responsible for processing invoices in a timely fashion, in accordance with the Logistics Accounting policy and procedure.
- Ensuring all shipment paperwork is legible and matches open shipments.
- Tracking and tracing missing delivery paperwork for shipments
- Notating individual shipments within the TMS.
- Utilizing Daily Communication to obtain paperwork while maintaining lasting relationships with our carrier network.
- Grasping key concepts of our Logistics brokerage division and approach to personal Customer Service.
- Handles other duties as assigned by the Manager, Team lead, or Supervisor.
- Handles other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Director.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of general office experience; administrative support/documentation experience preferred.
- High school diploma; some college a plus.
- PC and data entry skills including Excel as well as other specialized software programs.
- High attention to detail.
- High degree of accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Very good customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
