Requirements of the Human Resources & Administration Director:
- Bachelor's degree in organizational management, human resources, or related field
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience
- SHRM-CP certification required within six months of hire
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office 365
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
