```Duties```
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and provide appropriate treatment for patients in an urgent care setting
- Utilize skills such as neonatal ventilator management, phlebotomy, and IV infusion to provide necessary medical care
- Apply knowledge of physiology to assess and treat patients with various medical conditions
- Conduct cardiac catheterizations and gastric lavage procedures as needed
- Collect and analyze patient data to inform treatment decisions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop discharge plans for patients
- Provide dialysis services for patients with renal conditions

- Strong diagnostic skills to accurately evaluate and diagnose patients' medical conditions
- Proficiency in neonatal ventilator management, phlebotomy, IV infusion, and other essential medical procedures
- In-depth knowledge of physiology to understand the underlying mechanisms of diseases and conditions
- Experience in cardiac catheterization procedures to diagnose and treat cardiovascular conditions
- Ability to perform gastric lavage procedures when necessary for patient care
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills to inform treatment decisions
- Knowledge of discharge planning processes to ensure smooth transitions for patients leaving the urgent care facility
- Proficiency in dialysis procedures for patients with renal conditions
