CARSTAR Ambassador Collision is an I-CAR Gold class certified collision center that offers a range of services, including bodywork, automotive painting, mechanical repair, frame repair, windshield repair, and installation, as well as wheel and tire repair. Our extensive auto insurance network ensures hassle-free and timely repairs for our customers.

Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary education in a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in CCC software; familiarity with Mitchell is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of collision repair processes, parts, and materials.
- Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Be able to understand instructions written and verbal.
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
- Ability to do consistent physical activity reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
- Knowing Spanish is not required, but it's a plus.

Job Responsibilities
Management
- Coordinate and manage the workflow within the body shop to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Monitor and adjust production schedules to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that repairs meet industry standards and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections of completed work to identify and address any issues or deficiencies.
- Supervise and lead a team of technicians and support staff.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively, including tools, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure that the body shop has the necessary supplies and equipment to perform repairs.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure that the body shop complies with health and safety regulations.
Customer Service
- Communicate with customers regarding repair timelines, cost estimates, and any additional work required.
- Address customer concerns and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain for parts and materials.
Documentation & Reporting
- Proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiar with Google Business Suite
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, including parts used, labor hours, and other relevant information.
- Generate reports on key performance indicators, such as turnaround times, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $91,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
