Hours will be 9:30 AM EST - 6:30 PM EST.
Will be using ServiceNow to manage their ticket queue. Support internal? client employees.?
You will learn a lot of AWS and Terraform. Other tools our client supports are PagerDuty, NewRelic, Lucid Chart, Slack.. The type of work will range from AWS Tickets below and some simple tasks like access tickets that fail automation.?
AWS Support Tickets
- Account creation / suspension
- IAM / LTK creation/edits for certain AWS services that need to be in root.
- VPC creation/deletion, adding more subnets
- VPC Peering
- And other misc. tasks.
Ideal Candidate
- passion to learn / grow
- problem solvers?
- great communication
- any experience in these tools is a plus (PagerDuty, NewRelic, ServiceNow, Slack)
- they know this is a support role but they want to learn AWS / Terraform.
We will be supporting some international employees in UK & Australia, so there will some flexibility on different work hours.
