Job Summary:
We are seeking an Insurance PL &CL Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, analyzing insurance policies, and providing excellent customer service. This is a remote position however living in Northern Virginia is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable products
- Market insurance products to potential clients through telemarketing and outside sales efforts
- Analyze insurance policies and provide guidance on coverage options
- Maintain client records and ensure agency's protocol.
- Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
-Work with the agent of record and departments.
-Issue certificates on the PL and CL.
Skills:
- Experience with Applied Epic Agency system is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to assess insurance policies and recommend appropriate coverage
- Knowledge of Insurance
- P&C Licensed
