Immediate hire for a Administrative Coordinator (long term contract/temporary position).
The Administrative Coordinator is a 32 hour per week position. 4 days in office to start for first few weeks, then 3 days in office and 1 day remote after
Responsibilities:
Preferred experience with managing Smartsheet's Workspaces
Scheduling meetings (onsite or online)
Creating agenda & taking of meeting minutes
Organization of digital/paper files
Answering phones
Reading & prioritizing & curating general emails response
Editing/formatting of all Microsoft Office Suite programs
Experience with data entry into differently online platforms and file types (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet's, Microsoft Office Suite & PDF)
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
