Role: Ensure kitchens and food beverage areas are clean and organized. Responsible for ware washing, including pots and pans in restaurant outlets and banquet facilities. Maintain safety and sanitation standards in accordance with the policies of the Health Department.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 3 month experience preferable in a high volume operation in hotel and casino environment. Knowledge of MSDS book and chemical usage.

Valid Health Card
