We are seeking an Account Associate to join our team in making the world greener! Our Account Associates are on a mission to power the city of Houston with renewable and natural energy plans that are customizable to the customers' needs allowing them to make going green easy.
Everything is bigger in Texas, but that doesn't mean our Account Associates want our customers' monthly energy bill to be bigger. Our team assists in aiding our customers by supplying them with service and energy alternatives so that they can enjoy those long hot summers outside while having crisp reliable air systems inside. The Account Associate plays a vital role in working with new and existing customers to educate them about the benefits of sustainable energy in their area. Account Associate Responsibilities:
- Educate customers about the benefits of renewable and natural energy services by engaging with them directly to answer any questions and be their main point of contact
- Conduct assessments that include factoring in the number of appliances, green energy product options, variable rates and anything necessary to present a customized plan
- Process any sales orders for our customers from start to finish which includes the presentation of the services in their area all the way to their installation, notating any concerns they may have and keeping their information confidential
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly, resolving concerns, overcoming challenges to meet the customers needs
- Identify any new business opportunities by building rapport with existing customers to increase the likelihood of potential referrals
- Stay up to date on competitive brands in the area and how to differentiate our client to stay superior
Qualifications for the Account Associate Position:
- Previous experience in account management, sales or customer service based position is preferred but not required
- Capability to negotiate and close sales deals with creating a unique plan based on the customers desires
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills when explaining services and presenting renewable energy solutions to customers
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends is a plus
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast paced environment that includes customer service, sales, and customer inquiries on a daily basis

Pay: $44,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
