Position Summary:
This position is responsible for identifying and intercepting and hosting Asian VIP players on the floor, off property and via referrals to grow the Asian Marketing database with a strong focus on players that specifically play Asian Casino Games & Slots.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
- Work with guest contact departments within resort to develop and implement strategies and programs to cultivate the Asian market for new and existing high limit Asian casino players
- Maintain personal, direct mail and phone contact with Asian VIPs to build loyalty, increase worth and frequency, as well as fill events
- Responsible for exercising discretion and using independent judgment to make cost effective and revenue driven comp and guest satisfaction decisions
- Develop and coordinate programs to attract high-limit Asian players and host such guests to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat visits
- Host high limit international and domestic Asian (as well as non-Asian) guests and accommodates their needs within program guidelines to ensure guest satisfaction and encourage return visits
- Coordinate guest rooms, meals and show reservations, and assists guests with questions and special requests to ensure coordination of guest needs to provide for their optimized convenience and comfort
- Monitor existing high-limit programs and develops knowledge of customer betting behavior, credit situation, and levels of participation to manage programs to ensure optimized profit margins, adequate play levels and appropriate cost control
- Organize special function (parties, tournaments, etc.) and participates in telemarketing, email and texting efforts to invite customers to special events, individual visits, and/or obtain feedback
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Champion efforts and duties as necessary for the Asian segment of players at MGNV
- Analyze and interpret financial data to make decisions regarding credit limits
Minimum Education and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of high-volume casino games experience and knowledge working with regular high-limit guests and their betting behaviors to make knowledgeable decisions regarding credit extensions
- Must be fluent in English and at least one dialect of Chinese, Korean or Vietnamese and have an understanding of Asian culture
- Superior communication and judgmental skills
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications including without limitation: Word, Excel, and Outlook

Training Requirements:
- Attend required training sessions offered by MGNV
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Must be able to work in a casino environment with smoke, loud noises and low lighting
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time with frequent reaching, bending and stooping
- Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
