Description:
The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of service specialists, ensuring the efficient completion of assigned routes, maintaining high-quality standards, and contributing to the growth of our customer base. This position provides a strong foundation for career development with opportunities to gain valuable leadership experience and knowledge.
Primary Responsibilities:

Manage and complete assigned route each month, ensuring timely completion and high-quality service delivery.

Conduct monthly quality audits to monitor adherence to company standards and identify areas for improvement.

Participate actively in training new hires during their on-the-job training period.

Collaborate with the Service Manager in developing and delivering training programs for service specialists.

Work collaboratively with service specialists to cultivate customer relationships and expand our lines of service within assigned territories.

Assist the Service Manager with conducting one-on-one coaching sessions for service specialists.

Support the Service Manager in managing and approving service specialist schedules.
-
Assist in resolving customer complaints and cancellations, prioritizing customer satisfaction and retention.

Document all daily activities related to the Field Supervisor role.

Uphold the vision and direction set forth by the Service Manager.

Achieve established monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance goals.
-
Manage assigned budgets and targets for revenue and expenses.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a pest control, termite, or related field service industry.

Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
-
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
-
Strong customer service focus.
-
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
-
Proficiency in operating a computer and utilizing various software applications, including Dream, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Power BI.

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
-
Must be eligible to obtain (or currently hold) a Certified Applicator (CA) License in both the Pest and Termite Categories within 6 months of start date.
Physical Demands:
-
Ability to drive a vehicle with standard or automatic gear and enter and exit a truck or car.
-
Ability to walk for long periods of time in extreme temperatures including outdoors.
-
Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
-
Repetitive lifting, twisting, pulling, pushing and carry up to 50 lbs. may be required.

Ability to carry a 40 lb. backpack throughout the day.
-
Wears respirator according to OSHA requirements.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.

Ability to work in confined spaces like crawlspaces and attics for long periods of time.
Driver's Responsibilities:
-
Using a company vehicle drives to destinations listed on the daily route.
-
Responsible for the maintenance of company vehicle such as tire conditions, tire replacement whenever needed, checks for condition of brakes, gets oil change done in a timely basis, etc.

Follow safety protocols while driving, respects driving regulations and codes and reports all work related injuries immediately to Service Manager or Division Manager.

Complies with vehicle usage policy agreement.

Maintain good driving record.

Reports any auto accidents to Service Manager within 1 hour of accident.

Must maintain an active Texas Driver’s license and submit copy of renewed license to HR.
