Scrub Authority, a division of Piranha Brands, is a leading healthcare apparel supplier looking to add a full time Business to Business B2B Customer Service Specialist to our tight-knit, growing company.
The Scrub Authority Regional Customer Service Specialist is a member of the Scrub Authority team who holds a wide range of responsibilities that support the overall customer experience. They work closely with a regional Account Executive to aid promotional products distributors in finding the right scrubs and/or uniforms to meet their clients' needs. The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for overseeing order placement and tracking while showcasing excellent communication skills and attention to detail with customers accounts. They will maintain a working knowledge of company products, systems and policies while assisting the Account Executive in communications with customers and contributing to the overall growth and success of Scrub Authority.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop strong product knowledge across multiple healthcare apparel brands
- Receive, distribute, process, and track customer orders, including orders with unique or value added services (e.g. embroidery)
- Develop a working knowledge of multiple customer databases
- Assist with incoming calls, chats, and other customer service inquiries
- Develop a positive relationship with customers, vendors, and the Scrub Authority team
- Address order inquiries and discrepancies via phone, email, chat, and multiple web platforms
- Address complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction
- Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Assist with refunds and exchanges
- Maintain and update internal databases and program files
- Request ratings from customers through promotional products industry databases (ASI, SAGE, etc.)
Skills and Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in a Customer Service position
- Self-motivated and driven by targets and goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Effective and attentive listening skills
- Product knowledge
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline- and goal-driven environment
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills

- Time Management
- Experience with Shopify and Gorgias Helpdesk beneficial but not required
Compensation:
- $43,000 to $48,000, depending on experience
- Business Hours (no nights or weekends)
