Working Conditions:
Work is performed under the following conditions:

Job Responsibilities:
- Co-teaching lessons under the Teacher’s guidance, leading small groups or individual instruction and discussions, and reviewing classwork

Organizing the classroom and teaching materials, monitoring the classroom during lessons, and minimizing distractions and disruptions

Supervising students in and out of the classroom
-
Attending to the student's physical, personal, academic, and emotional needs
-
Provide basic caregiving duties, support, and encouragement in all aspects of development
-
Helping Teachers and students with extracurricular activities and school functions
-
Collect data for progress monitoring

Participate in professional development trainings as frequently as once a week
-
Ensuring the upkeep of educational materials, equipment, and supplies

Daily meetings with classroom teachers - AM and PM

Participate in behavior Training

Participate in student support meetings

Assist with toileting students

Assist with student hygiene

Assist students in getting in/out of vans

Assist students at lunch

Tasks as assigned by teacher/school admin
