KGH is one of the few Interdisciplinary Autism Therapy centers around, and we work together as a team to provide diagnostic services, speech therapy, occupational therapy, developmental, play-based ABA therapy, and mental health services to improve the quality of life for our clients and their family!

What will your responsibilities be as a BCBA at KGH?
- Design and implement ABA treatment programs for children, teens & young adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments
- Coach, mentor, and supervise a treatment team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in the implementation of client programs
- Provide family guidance based on clinical recommendations
- Evaluate client progress toward treatment goals
- Monitor treatment integrity and adjust treatment protocols based on data
Requirements of the BCBA position:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Current BCBA certificate in good standing
- Completion of 8 hours of supervisor training (or pending completion)
- Functional understanding of advanced ABA principles
