Kreller seeks stellar telephonic new business sales representatives who can sell our exceptional capabilities to a very specific market in our offices. We are looking for outbound dialers with a hunter mentality and drive to earn. You will receive a base salary of $50,000 plus a performance based uncapped commission plan. This position provides professional growth for those who take advantage of the opportunity we are providing and is a critical part of our team selling process.
Candidates must be comfortable calling into Fortune 500 and similar companies. The ideal candidate is focused, self-motivated, highly intrigued by the business intelligence and information industry. Must possess an eagerness to learn quickly. Candidates must be able to assertively communicate with C-level executives and legal professionals with eloquent candor and confidence.
As a Sales Development Rep your key roles and responsibilities will include:
- Conducting a high volume of outbound telephone calls to prospective customers to identify decision makers and opportunities with the goal of setting an appointment for a field sales representative.
- Working campaigns consisting of pre-qualified calls or cold calls and securing appointments for our sales team.
- Researching and qualifying new business opportunities in accordance with approved sales management guidelines.
- Learning and understanding the value proposition of LexisNexis solutions and products and effectively communicating this understanding to prospective customers.
- Ensuring client and prospect satisfaction by determining needs and transferring calls to the appropriate party for resolution.
- Updating client and prospect information in our CRM systems
- Building profiles of prospective clients using publicly available information.
- Managing sensitive customer and prospect information.
- Performing outbound calls to C-Level executives generated from targeted outbound electronic prospecting programs.
- Tracking, qualifying and routing leads sent from all sources including but not limited to direct mail campaigns, outbound calling, marketing, new sales group, special events, trade shows and company web sites.
- Successfully completing the SDR training program.
- Meeting all sales and performance objectives including daily phone time, dials per day, etc.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Business to Business sales (ranging from entry point to experienced)
- Successful track record of complex solutions-based selling
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to meet multiple sales metrics
- Must possess a hunter mentality
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
