Privately held Metals Recycling Company seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all heavy equipment maintenance activities. The position will be responsible for leading the maintenance team through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs/breakdowns.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Coordinating & Planning Maintenance Tasks over Multiple Sites
- Development & Implementation of Maintenance Practices
- Parts Procurement & Vendor Management
- Training & Evaluation of New Maintenance Employees
- Collaboration with Operations & Management Teams
- Daily Activity Reporting
- Participation in Planning Meetings & Activities
Qualifications:
- 10+ Years Metals Recycling / Heavy Industrial Maintenance Experience
- 3+ Years Supervisory/Management Experience
- Hands-on Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Experience
- Knowledgeable in Processing Equipment, Overhead Cranes & Heavy Mobile Equipment
