Job Summary:
The Community Association Manager Team Lead (or Practice Lead) at Trestle Community Management is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing a highly skilled team of Community Association Managers within one of Trestle’s specialized Practices. This position requires advanced skills, experience, and credentials within the Community Management industry and Practice area. The Practice Lead will actively seek and advise on company opportunities and industry trends, maintain visibility within CAI industry partnerships, and mentor Trestle employees to enhance their skills and career growth.
The role focuses on achieving results aligned with the organization's strategic goals. Job Responsibilities:
Practice Management:
- Manage one of Trestle’s specialized Practices focused on Condominiums, HOA’s or Midrise/Estate communities.
- Lead and grow a team of highly experienced Community Association Managers
- Ensure established Trestle processes and procedures are flawlessly executed by the Practice team
- Serve as an advisor to Clients, providing strategic and consultative guidance
- Mentor Trestle team members to advance their skills and careers within Trestle
- Be visible in the industry by actively participating in CAI events, speaking opportunities, publishing articles, and engaging on social media
Community Management Services:
- Manage a small Client portfolio while working with the Practice team to provide community management, financial, and administrative services
Trestle Company Leadership:
- Advise the company President on opportunities and industry trends
- Promote Trestle Community Management and its related companies
- Champion efforts to attract new Clients to Trestle, including those outside the Practice area
- Mentor and advise other Trestle employees to advance their skills and careers
- Engage in activities that support Trestle’s growth as a professional and industry-leading company
Education and Experience:
- Deep expertise in Condominiums, HOA’s or Midrise/Estate communities.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Community Association Management
- At least 3 years’ experience successfully leading a Community Management team
- AMS or PCAM certification from the Community Association Institute

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
