We work in partnership with our Network of diaper banks, allied members, donors, sponsors, and elected officials to end diaper need and period poverty in the United States.
The National Diaper Bank Network (NDBN) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to help plan and execute our programs while managing additional member services and benefits.
This is a fully remote position with east coast hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST).
The Program Manager will work closely with the Chief of Programs and engage with staff, members, external vendors, and partners to build the capacities of our national network. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage NDBN’s Capacity Benchmarking for Basic Needs Banks program, overseeing processes for members’ self- or staff-supported assessment of nonprofit and program capacity building progress.
- Manage the Mentor Matching program, overseeing processes for members to apply and engage in mentorship opportunities to help strengthen member organizations, thereby developing the capacities and leadership of the national Network.
- Play a key role in service deliveries for pre-membership individuals and organizations interested in starting a basic needs program and or working with existing members within their networks, researching and recommending resources, and assisting with training activities.
- Oversee smaller programs and services, including program planning, enrollment, promotion, engagement, tracking, and reporting
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and continuously seek opportunities for improvement
- Oversee member cohorts and communicate project documentation, schedules, and reports
- Provide program updates to stakeholders and keep them informed and engaged
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of experience in program management or a similar role with increasing responsibility
- Demonstrated experience in growing programs and strengthening member/partner engagement
- Bachelor's degree or comparable experience preferred
- Understanding of nonprofit organization management preferred
- Experience running a national program and/or multiple simultaneous projects in a team-structured environment
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Exceptional customer service and collaboration abilities
- Experience with database management, CRM (Salesforce preferred), and Microsoft Office Suite
- Some travel required

Pay: $63,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
