Movers Dispatch Board is seeking a versatile and experienced Software Salesperson to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, driving engagement and adoption of our innovative load board platform. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of activities aimed at promoting our solutions to moving companies, carriers, and brokers within the residential moving industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our platform and its benefits.
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations to showcase the features and advantages of our software, tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- Provide expert answers to inquiries about our services, addressing potential concerns, and highlighting the value of our solutions.
- Assist clients in the seamless entry and management of their load data on our platform, ensuring they can fully leverage the system’s capabilities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize and achieve collective sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain client relationships.
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored software solutions.
- Stay updated on software trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements and Skills:
- 5+ years of proven experience in software sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Preferable experience in the trucking industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software for lead and sales management.
- Deep understanding of SaaS (Software as a Service) business models and software delivery.
- Ability to conduct detailed product demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address client concerns and provide tailored solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Capability to stay informed about the latest software trends and competitor products.
- Technical aptitude to quickly learn and explain complex software functionalities.
- Ability to work proactively and independently.
- Willingness to work in Arlington, TX.
