Associate Director of Child Care Salary: $42,000 - $45,000 annually
Associate Director of Child Care Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Full Time)
Associate Director of Child Care Responsibilities:

Supporting the Association Director of Community Initiatives with Leadership of Child Care programming including scheduling of staff, curriculum, fiscal management and special events
-
Supporting the execution of a successful Child Care program, including the interviewing, hiring and training of staff, adherence to practices which lead to a high quality experience, instilling curriculum, and parent engagement
-
Identify and use data to inform service design and benchmark service levels to serve children
-
Assist with DHS compliance and licensing policies and procedures.
Associate Director of Child Care Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in Child Care programming

Minimum 4 years of experience working with children in a professional child care setting; ages 2-6

Proficiency in Google and products such as excel, word, power point, etc

Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
-
Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, Human Services or related field
