About the Position:
The person in this role will be responsible for providing personalized service to our clients and delivering exceptional customer service – while maintaining a deep knowledge of our product offerings. This role will also help to keep the store clean and well-organized.
Retail Associate Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations based on customer preferences and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through attentive service and follow-up communication.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment, including merchandising and restocking.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets – and contribute to the overall success of the boutique.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role with the ability to connect with customers on a personal level.
- A passion for high-end menswear.
- Sales experience, or the willingness to learn.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed. (We are closed on Sundays and Mondays except during the holiday season).
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
- A good sense of humor coupled with a good attitude is a must!
