**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing office operations, managing calendars, and coordinating events. If you have a strong background in office management and excellent communication skills, we would like to meet you. **Duties:** - Manage office operations and ensure efficiency - Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings - Assist in event planning and coordination - Communicate effectively with staff and clients - Oversee medical office management tasks - Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and record maintenance - Support human resources functions as needed - Lead and manage office support staff **Skills:** - Proven experience in office management - Proficiency in calendar management software - Strong event planning skills - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities - Knowledge of medical office management practices is a plus - Familiarity with general office procedures and clerical tasks - Basic understanding of human resources processes - Ability to organize and maintain files efficiently - Demonstrated team management capabilities This position offers competitive compensation and benefits.
