Salary Range: $25 - $32 / hour DOE
Registered Client Associate Requirements:

Must have Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses

2+ years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (including formulas), Outlook, and CRM systems

Strong client-facing skills, with a polished and professional demeanor

Ability to work well under a micromanager and juggle multiple tasks efficiently

Detail-oriented, diligent, and strong in customer service

Familiarity with Thomson ONE, Envestnet, CRM, and Money Guide Pro is preferred

Experience with Excel formulas is preferred
Registered Client Associate Responsibilities:

Support two advisors by managing client interactions and operational tasks

Participate in daily team huddles to discuss open client tasks

Manage tasks using the CRM system, ensuring timely and efficient completion

Handle an average of four client meetings per week, including greeting clients, settling them into meetings, and managing follow-up action items

Provide excellent client service by handling client phone calls and emails
-
Perform administrative tasks such as sending out checks, setting up ACH transfers, and opening new accounts
-
Execute simple trades and manage paperwork as per advisor direction

Maintain regular communication with clients, including closing out tasks and conducting annual reviews

Stay informed about market trends and news to engage in meaningful conversations with clients

Utilize technology effectively, including CRM systems and various financial platforms
