Job Summary
Small law firm on the north side of Indianapolis has an opening for a Billing and Administrative Assistant. The position coordinates billing to clients, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and provides secondary administrative support to attorneys. The position does not provide health insurance benefits, but does provide, for full time employees, a strong matching 401k, Section 125 Cafeteria Plan, paid vacation, sick days, and holidays. No degree necessary. We would consider part time employment for this position.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Dependable and Timely
- Able to multiple task while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
- Reliable with strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be team oriented with a flexible, adaptable, proactive work style
- Provide excellent customer service
- IT knowledge is a plus
