Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. This position will serve as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to understand current and future business goals
- Develop HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee and manage the full employee life cycle from recruitment to offboarding
- Provide guidance and coaching on various HR matters such as performance management, employee relations, and HR policies
- Conduct training sessions for employees and managers on HR-related topics
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Manage HR projects such as benefits administration, affirmative action planning, and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions including benefits administration, strategic planning, employee relations, and performance management
- Experience with HR sourcing tools such as Kronos or Dayforce is a plus
- Familiarity with affirmative action planning and process improvement techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
