About us
Creative Achievement is a nonprofit, private school serving students K-12 in special education since 1979. We are a close-knit community of educators who take pride in providing a nurturing environment where students receive an equal chance and a sense of belonging and acceptance.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to plan, organize, and administer a school-wide professional development plan
- Keeps abreast of and interprets to the staff the current research in the area of curriculum development, teaching and learning
- Support teachers and administrators in using data to improve instruction on all levels
- To provide leadership in the development, implementation and coordination of the school's K-12 curriculum
- Assists teachers by coaching them on how to improve teacher and student performance
- Promoting, sustaining and improving equity and cultural responsiveness in all areas
- Conducts classroom observations and provides supervision/evaluation of teachers and non-certified staff as requested by building principals or central office administrative staff
- Perform other duties as may be assigned
