The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving sales targets for our line of unique cold chain products, including cold refrigerant packs and insulated box liners.

About us
We are a vertically integrated manufacturer and distributor of patented, high performing, innovative and custom insulation liners for cartons, pallet covers, cargo insulation liners and cold refrigerant packs.
Our Sales Specialists work directly with the President of the Company and provide direct feedback into product development, market focus, sales trends and opportunities and product pricing.
The Account Manager works remotely from a home office and company office, and may be required to travel on occasion to meet with customers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Qualifies incoming sales leads and opportunities via our website, incoming calls, business development partners and marketing campaigns.
· Determines clients’ needs and builds custom proposals and quotations in accordance with a qualified solution.
· Provides product knowledge and technical support to customers, ensuring they are fully informed and confident in using our products. May conduct off-site client meetings for prospecting and rapport-building purposes.
· Collaborates with internal teams including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure the successful delivery of quotations and projects.
· Builds and maintains strong relationships with existing customers, providing excellent customer service and support.
· Manage the sales process from lead generation to close, ensuring that all sales targets are met or exceeded.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions using Salesforce.
· Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
· Actively participates in brainstorming and sales strategy activities for new market penetrations.
· Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Proven sales track record of at least 5-7 years with custom solutions products and services, preferably in the cold chain industry.
· Thorough understanding of the technical aspects of products being sold.
· Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to work comfortably in Excel.
· Ability to upsell, cross-sell and negotiate in a dynamic, custom-order industry and provide a consultative sales approach to clients and prospective clients while implementing superior customer service skills.
· Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
· Must be able to consistently demonstrate ability to meet sales quotas and make positive contributions to the company’s sales strategy and profit goals.
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to demonstrate effective communication with a diverse group and multiple levels of the organization and with external clients and leads.
· Proficient math skills – must be comfortable pricing and preparing quotations for custom orders which involves proficient understanding of product design aspects, manufacture process, materials, sizing, shipping methods, delivery times, etc.
· Detail-oriented and ability to demonstrate highly accurate work.
· Strong and proactive work ethic, and ability to work effectively in both team and individual settings.
· Demonstrates high integrity and capability in handling confidential and sensitive matters/materials.
· Must be able to travel approximately 15-25% of the year.

Pay: $120,000.00 per year
