Job Description:
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and cultivating relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored health insurance solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients through proactive prospecting and networking efforts.
- Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand clients' healthcare coverage requirements and financial goals.
- Presenting and promoting our range of health insurance products and services to individuals and families.
- Providing personalized guidance and recommendations to clients to help them select the most suitable insurance plans.
- Assisting clients with the enrollment process and answering any questions or concerns they may have.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Achieving sales targets and objectives while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Training
In the classroom, and in the field, our most accomplished sales professionals will teach you their time-tested formula that lead to their direct sales excellence. Cross-selling, referral networking, and benefit package sales are some examples of the professional mentoring you will receive. Our training program is 13 weeks, but we find that the best way to learn is to get to it. Our new hires start connecting with clients within their first few weeks---giving them the ability to start building a book of business as soon as possible.
